The Wait is Finally Over: Construction is Due to Start in October – The Building Contractor Has Been Confirmed.
Over the past few months, preparations to launch construction have been running at full throttle. In addition to liaising with potential tenants, negotiations with building companies figured high on the agenda. The future partners for the implementation of HoHo Vienna have been selected. Project developer Caroline Palfy is delighted: "By signing up HANDLER as a partner, we have succeeded in gaining the support of a highly competent and experienced partner in wood construction."  She then goes on to underscore: "For me, when selecting project partners, Austrian quality and long-standing experience in wood construction always come first. HANDLER Group meets all these criteria. Talks with various timber suppliers are still underway."
Züblin Timber, a subsidiary of the Austrian building corporation STRABAG, has been contracted to carry out the innovative facade of HoHo Vienna. The project will be implemented on the basis of what is termed the STRABAG teamconcept.
